Linear was trusted to deliver the complete AV and workspace technology rollout for the UK headquarters of a major global financial institution.

Acting as an extension of our partner’s team, we handled every detail, from pre-staging and logistics to programming and commissioning, across more than 2,000 user touchpoints and over 130 integrated meeting spaces.

Desktop monitor deployment

2,200 x Philips 34” monitors – delivered to desk

Working from our Tewkesbury HQ, our expert engineers pre-staged over 2,000 monitors, removing stands, packaging and unnecessary cabling. This allowed for a smooth, efficient on-site rollout direct to desk across the office campus.

Integrated meeting spaces

130+ modern meeting environments installed

Meeting spaces were fitted out with scalable, platform-ready collaboration solutions:

• Samsung Displays
• Cisco Room Bar & Room Kit EQ systems
• Barco ClickShare CX30 and CX50

Our commissioning team integrated Cisco systems into the client's Webex Admin Portal and deployed custom macros. Barco devices were connected to the client’s XMS Cloud Portal with tailored settings applied for a consistent user experience.

Divisible room systems with integrated audio

We delivered flexible, combined meeting spaces equipped with:

• Samsung Displays
• Cisco Room EQ systems
• Shure MXA920 Ceiling Arrays
• QSC Core Nano audio processing
• Barco wireless conferencing

QSC audio programming enabled intuitive control of room audio and device switching, integrated with Cisco room controls to streamline operation for users.

Executive Boardroom

A flagship boardroom installation was designed for high-end collaboration and intuitive control.

Technology included:

• Samsung LED Wall & Displays
• Cisco Codec Pro
• QSC NV-32-H network video endpoints
• Multiple QSC NC Series PTZ cameras for speaker tracking
• Sennheiser TCC2 and Speechline systems
• Induction loop accessibility
• Custom table input pods for flexible connectivity

Linear built and commissioned the system with bespoke QSC programming including full room control and ACPR (Automatic Camera Preset Recall) functionality.

Mission-critical control rooms

6 x control room environments delivered

Each control room was equipped with a robust video wall and AV-over-IP solution, including:

• Samsung LED displays
• VuWall encoders, PAK decoders, TRx servers and control interfaces
• QSC loudspeaker arrays and LEA amplification

Linear provided full rack build, installation, testing and VuWall commissioning services, ensuring these spaces were ready for 24/7 operational use.
